We lease properties from landlords across London and the Home Counties, then work directly with local councils to place people who need somewhere to stay tonight.

Councils need placements they can rely on. Landlords need rent that arrives without chasing. We sit between the two and take the operational work off both sides.
We lease the property
The landlord gets a guaranteed rent agreement and full management for the length of the lease. No void periods, no letting fees, no tenant calls.
We bring it up to standard
Licensing, gas safety, EICR, fire regulations and furnishing all handled and documented before anyone moves in.
The council places a resident
We manage the tenancy day to day, respond to issues and report back, so housing teams can place with confidence.

Our stock sits across Greater London and out into Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire and the Thames Gateway, which is where placement pressure is heaviest and where most of our referrals come from. If a borough is close to a corridor we already run, we can usually take on properties there too.
